14 August 2013 can a ca holding cop can sign project reports and audits u/s 44AB by using stamp with his name and M.no engraved on it but not having firm by his name.

14 August 2013 If he uses stamp having his name and M.no. engraved on it, he is signing in individual capacity.

A CA can sing in his name but there should not be & Associates, & Co etc. He should mention only name.
