Sign the balance sheet at individual name

20 September 2013 I want to sign the balance sheet at an individual name. Can i sign as I have not applied for firm name yet and if i would apply it would not be entertained by ICAI with in 10 days.
Can i sign the balance sheet at individual name? If yes, Then how the name will be appear of the auditor in the audit report as the firm name we write as

XYZ and Associates
Chartered Accountants
FRN

XYZ
Partner
Mem No

How the individual should write when he sign the balance sheet. And how will I fulfill the requirement to write FRN while signing the balance sheet and what are the requirements to file in ROC for accepting the audit for an individual as it is necessary to quote the FRN no in ROC forms?

21 September 2013 In individual name u can sign the balance sheet. I too have signed. But i can't tell whether the Roc forms require FRN. If u sign in individual name u can write as follows- " CA A B

21 September 2013 actually i have signed only the individual bal sheet, so i dont have idea about company bal sheet.
