my ca is not signing my exam form by saying he is do not want to due to some disputes between us ,,,, pls advice me what can be done , against it ...or is it necessary to sign by employer only??? plz advice ASAP

hi neeraj and sanyam , plz advice more thing what can be done against such conduct of a c.a ??? i asked him for transfer 9or 8 months back and provide him joing letter of my father to some other city but he kept my t/f form with that joining letter by saying that he will submit himself, but he did'nt ... what should i do .. or inspite what can be done against it...
