03 May 2012 show cause notice demand tax under one catagory of service and after representation that the specfic service does not comes under the catagory mentioned in the notice but in order it demand tax on another catagory service which not mentioned in the notice also without giving any oppertunity given to the asseesee to defend.Is it a valid order ?

03 May 2012 Any order passed without giving opportunity of being heard is not valid.

03 May 2012 THis order is not valid. The Category of servic alleged in the Show Cause Notice cannot be changed in Order. You should contest it strongly.
