Should tds deduct or not

24 June 2015 Dear sir,
Actually i am going to make a payment to Bharti Airtel Ltd., they charges service tax@14% on their bill.
Should i make their payment after deducting TDS u/s 194J or what.

24 June 2015 TDS to be deducted based on nature of transaction whether professional charges or rent or contract and so on.

No TDS on service tax portion
