Sir, I am PCC student & i have given 5 attempts but i didn't cleared even in single subject so sir i am not giving this nov 2012 attempts but i heard that it is last attempt for PCC????
so if this is last attempt than Plz tell me the procedure how to converted PCC into IPCC. but firstly tell me should i continue CA???????
or i should thing for other option & plz tell me other options also.

continuous failuer is not new to CA course.
you have to identify the reson why you are not able to make. If the reason is you are not able to understand what all you hav studied or find it tough course then probably this is not your cup of tea.
if you are able to understnd your what yu are studying then it be lack of concetration or the way you present your paper or may be the language.
