My Short Term Capital Loss of rs. 80000/- in F.Y. 2008-09 , I Carried Forward the Same i.e Filled Return in Due Date.
Now In This Year F.Y. 2009-10, I Have Short Term Capital Gain of Rs. 80000/- Then For Set Off The Same Wheather I Have to Filled The Return in Due Date.??
