sir please tell me ager Mr.x receive amount after retirement (eg. GPF etc ) and he gift that cash to her wife Mrs. x and later on she (mrs X ) purchase a Residential Plot (apne naam se ) and she sell it within 36 month so please tell me that short term capital gain kiski income mein add hoga

In this case, Section 64 shall apply and the capital gain shall be included in the total income of Mr. X
