My amount of TDS is 40100/- but i got receipt of TDS of Rs. 16145/- in A.Y. 14-15. and their where NO INTIMATION from CPC for short amount Refund. In such case what can i do ?

First of all, if you have not received any intimation after processing of income tax return, you can make a request for intimation u/s 143(1) of Income Tax Act, 1961 online. Secondly if you want to claim balance amount of TDS refund, you need to approach assessing officer of your ward by showing TDS certificates along with application.
