10 April 2016 If you pay short payment or non payment, than you have to pay interest depending on the period interest rate vary between 18to 30%, you will not able to file St-3 Return, non filing of return attract penalty and interest. Penalty at the discretion of officer he can impose Maximum amount.

If liability is more than superintendent has power to cease assasee bank Account.
