while filling application form for shop and establishment act this type msg show

It seems to be a technical errors. You can try registering after some time and in the meanwhile Raise a complaint with the website with concerned official and email them with the screenshot of the error message being displayed. You can also twitte the error message show to the official twitter handle to look into the matter which will be generally taken on priority basis.
