Dear All,
We have filed Petition before CLB for Shifting of Registered Office from One State to Another State but in Public Notice i.e. Newspaper Advertisement it mentioned only 'Before CLB/CG' and address of bench not mentioned. Now the CLB wants explanation as 'How a common Person having grievance can approach to this Bench'.
Request to guide on the matter & reply to CLB.

There is no way out. If you can convience CLB, thats the best option.

You can publish another adverisement and approach the clb that you have rectified the mistake.
