Shifting from old course to new final course

21 August 2009 I have cleared 1st group of final CA in the June 09 attempt.I still have 2nd group exam to be given.Due to some reason i will not be able to give Nov 09 exam. Can anyone guide me that if i give the 2nd group exam in the May 2010 will the 1st group result be counted? or the change of course invalidate my 1st group result?
