02 September 2010 please tell me what is meant by intrinsic value of shares and par value and nominal value.or please tell me difference among them.

03 September 2010 Intrinsic value of shares means value per share based on assets of the company. i.e. Assets-liabities/No. of shares

Par value means Base value of share. i.e. the price per share for which it is registered like 10,100.

04 September 2010 You have not reply me for the nominal value and also what is issue price? Can u explain me with good example by differentiating the all terms
