Has the method of valuation of shares changed from DCF Method to some other method?? I read a circular issued by RBI A.P.(DIR Series) Circular No.36 dtd 26th Sep 2012 which says only about the shares issues by way of subscription to MOA. What about the shares issued otherwise?

The Circular mentioned above is for subscription of shares through MOA at face value is only at the time of incorporation of the company. This circular is only applicable at the time of incorporation of the company but not applicable on fresh issue of shares. DCFM applicable on fresh issue of shares.
