What is the procedure for transfer of shares of a private limited company by one shareholder to another? Is any return has to be filed with ROC

if u are in delhi then go to delhi stock exchange..... Purchase share transfer deed.... Fill it duly.... Attach the required documents and post it to the address mention on it or go and deliver by self.....
