Plz let me know the procedure to transfer the shares of an Indian Company (Pvt. Ltd.,) held by Foreign Company to another Foreign Company.

05 October 2009 foriegn transfer company shall have to execute the transfer deed only.

As both are the foreigners, No other requirements
