17 January 2011 if we have recd some amount as share premium above Rs.10/- then Rs.10/- will go to issued share capital in capital account & above then rs.10/- will go to ??????? in which head?

17 January 2011 If 10 is the amount of share and Share preimum is 2, you will receive in tottal 12.

10 will go to share capital a/c
2 will go to share premium a/c
