Financial report of the company at least for Previous 4 year 5. Charge on asset of the company 6. Shareholding pattern of the company 7. Either company are fulfling all it's listing agreement or not . 8. Expatiation policies of the company . 9. Keep track on the events that can effect the company financial performance For example Petro-chemical industry it is hugely affected by the international market of crude oil . 10 .
