C-50%(Transferred by A)

Now the Question is how to execute this change in shareholding.Is there any form to be submitted to ROC or all the procedure is Internal.

Kindly help and guide me through detailed procedure?

23 May 2013 No form to be submitted to ROC. All the transfer to take place by transfer deeds. The changes details are to be given in annual return of the company whenever it is filed.
