11 February 2010 It is required by Director to show share held by him of company in which he held direcotrship in his personal Balance sheet as an investment.

Whether it should make any difference for Direcotsihp held in Pvt ltd company and in LTD company

there is no difference. The difference is between traded and non-traded securities.
