After the incorporation of company , within how many days share holders have to subscribe share capital.

It is no where mentioned in the Comapnies Act the number of days within which subscriber should subsctibe shares agreed to subscribe at the time of formation of Company.
But it is advisable that money should come before the closure of the Accounting Year
