HOW IS HE AS COMPARED TO ADITYA JAIN SIR AS I HAVE HEARD ADITYA JAIN SIR ONLY FOCUSSES ON GRASPING THE FORMULAS !!

Yes AJ's approach is more inclined towards formulae.
Have you seen Rajesh Makkar's class notes - all concepts are very well explained one gets a feel that the subject is being taught to him. Makkar notes + compiler too is sufficient.
