If a company has paid input service tax @ 4%
& has collected (output ST) @ 10.36% on services provided, can set off of ST paid @ 4% be availed agn the one collected @ 10.36%?

02 December 2010 Yes you have to use Input service tax Cr @4%, for payment of your output service tax which is 10%
