In case of Purchase of Fixed assets Office Equipments,Furniture fixtures,Computer,EDP Equipment,Lab Equipments VAT (maharashtra) what % is allowed as set off

For plant & Machinery full setoff available.For Building No setoff. Office Equipment / furniture Setoff to be reduced by 3%. For Computer / Edp Equipment I think 3% reduction applicable. For Lab equipment full setoff available.
