hii friends, i have a query on service tax.i wanna file service tax return for april to sept,10. i have not paid anythning yet as my cenvat credit is higher than my payable amount excpet for the month of may. so now till sept i have so n so refund amount and for the month of may there is payable amount.
so my queary is whether i can set off may's liablity (including interest) with sept's refund...??
