Q:- service provided from Jammu & Kashmir to USA ??

Q:- service provided from india to USA ??

07 February 2013 As per residual Rule 3 of POP ... all 3 are exempt as service receiepeint is located in non-taxaxble territory....

However Q3 may fall in tax net if such services where SP location is considered POP are provided...
