Thanks & Greetings from me.

At the time of payment of service tax whether tds charged on principal amt or principal amount + service tax?

kindly provide me details about it,any notes,circular or notice.

20 June 2011 TDS should be deducted including Service tax but only in case of TDS on Rent TDS to be deducted on Principal amount.
