If your supply and service part is clear than you have to pay saletax on supply part and service tax on labour part.
but if you dont bifercate your supply and service part than you have to pay service tax on 33% and sales tax according to wct rule.with concerned states.
Thanks for suggest but my query is that which no's of houses construction work free of service tax in the year. construction material is spend by me and contract with labour contractor for labour in construction work of Residential house.
