08 April 2012 yes, you have to file half yearly return online.

08 April 2012 Dear Author,

In service tax, the half yearly return is filed and not quarterly.
All the person are required to file half yearly return, first return is filed for the period April to Sep and the second return is filed for next half.
The payment of service tax may be paid quarterly basis by individual/HUF.
