How to prepare and submit ST-3 Nil return...

i have doubt about nil return..

1.no service rendered in oct to march.
2.6 lakh hard is service rendered 1 st half.

in this case i am going submit a nil return or not... ple help us..

is mandatory.. how to prepare and submit...
