I am a transporter(service provider).Under reverse charge I am getting 25 % service tax form service receiver and pay this amount to tax department.I want to know that can i file st-return also.my turnover is 1200000

17 July 2013 If you have paid the service tax then you need to file service tax return.

17 July 2013 Tax should be paid under service tax registration number of service receiver and included in his return as he is liable to pay service tax.
