31 July 2010 If service provider provides more than one service does he need to file service tax return (ST 3) separately?

31 July 2010 No, legally he has to file only one ST-3, for more than one taxable service but he has to fill separate columns for each service.

31 July 2010 Not necessary for one registration one return is enough it that you can show alkl the taxable services separatly
