29 June 2010 PAN no. is required. TAN no. not required.

Procedure.

Register at www.aces.gov.in. Fill the online application form ST - 1 and submit. Submit the printout of the form along with enclosures to the range superintendent. It takes about 7 to 10 days to obtain the registration.
