23 June 2014 Can anyone please tell me is what are the documents required for the service tax registration of sole proprietorship??

Is there are provision for notarized affidavit?? and when it is required??

DO the power of attorney executed for getting service tax registration need to be on a stamp paper??

24 June 2014 yes. power of attorney, if given to someone on your behalf, has to be on a stamp paper.
