30 March 2012 when to register for service tax ? can we voluntarily register our company under service tax though we do not cross the 10lakh limit
please reply.........

30 March 2012 Yes if the service providing by you comes under taxable category ,you can register eventhough your turnover has not exceeded 10 Lakhs.
