We have recived service tax refund from Depratment, my query is that where i have show it in ST 3 (Service tax Return) b'coz my available CVENVAt is Reduce by Refund Amount.

21 October 2010 Yes you may adjust the opening balance itslef. Also put a note in your ST file the fact of entry.
