Service tax refund if unit is located in sez

14 August 2012 we have a unit located in SEZ,& wants to get refund of service tax can u tell me how to get refund of the same..i want procedure of the same if any

14 August 2012 Refund of Service Tax in case of SEZ and its procedure is governed by Notification No. 40/2012-ST dt. 20.06.2012. Here is the link below:
