Dear all,
One of my clients is having service tax registration in Mumbai and he has started a branch in Tamilnadu.
Now we want to include Tamilnadu as an additional place under the same service tax registration. i want to know the procedure to do so. please help me.

No U Have to Take Separate Service Tax Registration Number for Each Branch.
I Mean Its Branch No. 002 So Registration is Must

You may apply for centralised registration in form ST -1.

I support Mr. Naik and you may apply for centralised registration in form ST -1 instead of each branch separately.

But what to do with service tax number already registered??
Do I need to cancel or surrender it ??
And then apply for the centralized registration..??
