OUR COMPNAY RECD ADVOCATE FEES BILL 15000/- FEES + 12.36 % S.TAX =16854/- & PAID CHQ. FULL AMT. 16854/-
ABOVE CASE OUR LIABILITY PAID SERVICE TAX.
IF PAID OUR LIABILITY SO PLS SEND ME NOTIFICATION NUMBER.

For legal services/Advocate fees, the Company has to pay 100% under reverse charge and not the Advocate. Service tax amount need not be collected in the advocate bill. The Bill should be for Rs.15000.00 only. Kindly ask your advocate as to why he is collecting service tax in the bill.
