HI THIS IS MAHESH ONE OF MY CLIENT COLLECT SERVICE TAX. FROM HIS CLIENT.REQUIREMENT HE IS REGESTERED TO SERVICE TAX.BUT HE IS NOT REACHED 100000 WORTH OF SERVICES.SO NOW HE IS LIABLE FOE SERVICE TAX.WHEATHER IS LIABLE TO PAY AND HE IS ALLOWED FOR INPUT TAX CREDIT,PLS GIVE ME THE SUGGETION..

IF HE HAS NOT REACHED RS. 10,00,000/- THAN HE CAN REFUND THE SAME AND NO NEED TO PAY..IF HE IS PAYING HE CAN TAKE INPUT TAX CREDIT.
