Dear Sir/Madam, I had taken admission in one of the coaching classes.At that time the rate of service tax was 10.30% which i had paid along with the fees amount. Now due to changes in rate of service tax they are demanding the additional service tax from me i.e (12.36 -10.30).Do i need to pay this service tax amount? or the Coaching class will bear this

check the fees receipt it will have a specific mention of service tax.
