If 5 wrong attempts are made to log in an id is automatically blocked. You may try either of the following: (a) In the ACES Home Page - Service Tax - enter your id and click Forgot Password. A dialogue box will pop up asking you to answer your secret question. A new OTP will be sent to your registered e-mail id. Using that you can reset your new pass word and then log in.
(b) If by some chance that does not work, make an application to your Service Tax Range Superintendent by letter stating your login id and request for generation of a tpin, stating that your id has been blocked. This is similar to an OTP and can be used to generate a new password.

Yes write a letter to the Range Superintendent and also meet him. If there is personal interaction, the tpin is usually generated within 24 hours. however in the absence of personal follow-up it may take up to one week.

in Delhi, what is the CST & vat works contract rate for book printing press(publishing house). conditions:- if materials (papers, inks & other useful material) used by printer in Delhi. if materials provided by publishing house and service provided by printers. Which forms of DVAT is related to works contract. plz define for me.... its humble request. with warm regards
