Sir, I want to know , if any transporter who is providing the services for a company , not charging the service tax on their bills , then what is the liability of the company for which he is providing the service .
2. What is the amount limit of single bill on which service tax is leviable by the company.

In case of Companies it is the duty of the company who is availing transport service to register them with ST Department and payment of service tax.
