I m working with a school where transport facility is provided by school itself , but now we just want to shift the transport business to our newly framed Private Limited Company , on which the ownership is same . such company provide service only to the school , not to others ..
is there is any applicability of service tax on that service . any is i have to registered our co. into service tax act ???
