Service tax on transport service provided to a school only

Hiiii
I m working with a school where transport facility is provided by school itself , but now we just want to shift the transport business to our newly framed Private Limited Company , on which the ownership is same . such company provide service only to the school , not to others ..
is there is any applicability of service tax on that service . any is i have to registered our co. into service tax act ???
please help..

YES APPLY SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION IN YOUR COMPANY NAME AND CLAIM TO SCHOOL

Service tax is not taxable if your service is for school children. Since school is covered in negative list.
