we have levied service tax on bill to the party which is working on SEZ and the party paid the same to us but now the party claiming the service tax as they are in SEZ area. can they claim the same and can we adjust the service tax paid.

The services consumed within the SEZ are excluded from the levy.
Yes refund would be available to you if documentation clear. However unless amount substantial , delays may add to transaction cost and effort may not be worth it as the adminitration is full of red tape and corrurption.
