One more question, the definition does not include plant or machinery only "Equipment" and our client is maintaining the plant. Can Plant be equated with equipment?

The service is taxable under the category of Management, Maintenance or repair Service and includes even immovable property also. Accordingly, maintenance or repair of Plant & Machinery definitely taxable.
