service tax on leased property

10 November 2010 my company have rented a floor (on lease)for commercial purpose, and from april to oct paid Rs 19 lakh as service tax. but tenants refuse to pay the service tax , and told there is a judgement passed in hyderabad high court that no service tax is payable on leased property. what should me my answer to my senoirs, today i have to answer on this issue
