i have done jobwork on machine part from out side Rs.10000/-but vendor erase the invoice with service tax so what is the rule for reverse charges

02 January 2014 Jobworker services will not fall under the reverse charge systems. If principal manufacturer will pay the duty on final products then no need to pay service tax on job work.
