Should I pay service service tax on reimbursement (i.e. travelling, Hotel, etc.)+ Service Charges for professional service (Architech) in case of Import service if separate bill for service and reimbursement?

20 November 2009 Yes. You have to combine the reimbursement and professional fees and pay service tax.
